Each assignment William Rose Associates executes follows a planned strategy, employing a systematic approach that’s always tailored to the client’s specific situation, culture and operating environment. Working in partnership with you, we will first work to fully understand the brief. This covers everything from daily tasks to the culture of the business along with the background of the team that they would be joining.
We apply a disciplined process for identifying and attracting the best-qualified candidates for the position, leaving no stone unturned. We look at every detail before we begin sourcing and selecting the potential candidate. Rather than recycling old candidates, we undertake fresh, original research for each mandate. We generate our candidates through a variety of channels, including our personal candidate and client relationships, research capabilities (both through desk research and headhunting), existing database and network of contacts (for recommendation and referral)
Once a talent pool has been generated, we will review all applications against pre-agreed competencies for the role. This will allow us to decide who should be shortlisted.
We will then screen the candidates face to face and go through their application in detail asking the right questions to make sure the placement would fit for the individual and organisation.
