About us

William Rose Associates emerged out of a desire to deliver a recruitment service to the Financial Services industry that was different to those that existed already. One that stood out in an already crowded market.

Having worked within the Financial Services sector, followed by obtaining invaluable experience at large recruitment businesses, we knew what was missing and were determined to fill that gap.

The name William Rose, derives from the first names of Josh’s grandparents. Their influence on him still drives the business today and will continue to do so. They promoted hard work, honesty, integrity and loyalty as non-negotiable principles, which had a long lasting influence on Josh. 

Recruitment, like many industries, is developing at pace. It is now consumed by new digital tools and processes. We have invested heavily in these and are at the forefront of technological development. Whilst there are huge benefits to these, it is also very important to remember the traditional core values that William and Rose instilled in their family.  This is why we are proud to fuse the two. It is truly modern recruitment with traditional values.
