ESSENTIAL SKILLS | CASS Operations Specialist
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are advantageous. CASS CISI qualification is a plus.
- Prior experience in middle office operations within the investment management industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CASS Governance and a CASS-focused mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, asset classes, and investment instruments.
- Proficient in using investment platforms (e.g., portfolio accounting systems, order management systems).
- Experience with the FNZ platform is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
