William Rose Associates are currently partnering with an established Financial Firm based in London, which is looking for a CASS Reconciliations Associate to join the firm.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS | CASS Reconciliations Associate
- Experience in constructing Client Money and Asset Reconciliations.
- Proven background in financial operations, reconciliations, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of CASS regulations and their application to CASS Reconciliations and daily/monthly Operations procedures.
- Desirable exposure to automated reconciliation tools, such as Autorek.
- High level of IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in advanced functions and formulas is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills; capable of engaging positively with colleagues at all levels and third parties.
OVERVIEW | CASS Reconciliations Associate
In this role, the incoming hire will be responsible for ensuring that all client money and assets are accurately accounted for and safeguarded, while adhering to controls and FCA CASS regulations. The successful candidate will handle reconciliations, identify and resolve discrepancies, document findings, and collaborate with Operations to implement corrective actions.
Reporting directly to the CASS Reconciliations Manager, the CASS Reconciliations Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring that any identified shortfalls are properly funded and that controls are completed accurately.
