Job Title: Client Entitlement Analyst (Corporate Actions Analyst) -18-month FTC

Location: London (hybrid) 

Role Overview:

William Rose Associates are working alongside a prestige Investment Management firm based in London who are on the hunt for a Client Entitlement Analyst. As a Client Entitlement Analyst, you will be responsible for processing Corporate Action and Proxy Voting instructions for all the stocks held, handling dividend payments using info from custodians and data providers, and making sure cash payments get processed properly for all clients. Taking care of the key jobs around Corporate Actions, Proxy Voting, dividends, and cash payments smoothly is important to give good service to all clients.


As directed by the Operations Processing Manager and Client Entitlements Supervisor, the Client Entitlement Analyst will hold day-to-day responsibility for Corporate Actions, Dividends, Payments, and Proxy Voting within the business. This will include, but will not be limited to, the following core responsibilities:

Corporate Actions:

Identify all voluntary and mandatory Corporate Actions; instruct various Custodians. Ensure that all Corporate Actions are logged, forward to the relevant Fund Managers, respond to and actioned in Pulse within deadlines for each action.  Ensure that safe custody records are accurately updated, investigating, and resolving all breaks in good time.

Proxy Voting:

Identify all Proxy Voting meeting relating to the company policy, ensure that all meetings are logged, raised with the relevant stock owner and responses are accurately reconciled and instructed within the deadlines.

Client Payments:

Ensure that all Front Office requested payments, both UK and foreign are actioned, making sure that they are paid in good time and in accordance with the company's procedure

Dividends & Interest Payments:

Processing all Dividends due according to information received from Custodians and data providers.

  • 5 + years of experience working within operations within asset/ wealth management, with ideally 3 or more years of corporate actions experience.
  • Good standard of oral and written communication.
  • High standard of IT literacy (MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
