OVERVIEW | Client Transitions & Implementation (Manager)
We are seeking a motivated individual to lead the end-to-end implementation of various activities, including launches, closures, restructures, in-specie transfers, changes of custody, and mergers. The role involves proactive project management to ensure accurate setup, instruction, and oversight throughout each process. You will be responsible for coordinating the review and finalisation of legal documents such as Investment Management Agreements (IMA) and Investment Guidelines, while managing multiple complex events simultaneously. Additionally, you will construct and document detailed event runbooks, apply strong communication and risk management skills, and handle any other duties as assigned.
