William Rose Associates are currently partnering with an established Asset Managed firm based in London, which is looking for an Client Service Administrator (Wealth Management) to join the firm.

  1. Fundamental understanding and experience in client servicing.
  2. 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  3. Strong organizational abilities; capable of working autonomously and maintaining motivation.
  4. Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and multitasking effectively.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues across all levels.
  7. Proficient in numerical, analytical, and computer skills.


OVERVIEW | Client Service Administrator.

Join the Charity Administration Team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service to our charity clients and internal teams. In this position, you will be responsible for various daily tasks, including managing control reports and data feeds. You'll assist team members with onboarding client accounts, and eventually, you'll manage your own client relationships. Your role will involve maintaining a small portfolio of existing clients and fostering ongoing relationships where appropriate, as well as supporting periodic reviews and due diligence processes by conducting verification checks on external systems and updating records accordingly.

You'll handle systems administration for client data on both internal and external platforms, assist with various reporting tasks such as providing audit statements and supporting documentation, and contribute to data cleansing projects and system updates. Additionally, you will support senior team members with client queries, coordinate with third-party consultants and audit firms to address client requirements, and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure a high level of service is maintained.

This role also involves overseeing the maintenance and purchase of Legal Entity Identifiers, managing the team inbox to ensure timely responses to emails, and providing efficient support to the Charity Administration Team.
