ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Client Services Support Specialist

- 1 to 3 years of experience in client services within banking or large finance institutions.
- Understanding of the post-trade landscape and associated services.
- Experience with post-trade services, ideally working for a custodian or an asset manager.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Business English (additional languages preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) for dealing with clients.
- Willingness to work shift and weekend hours as part of a 24/7 operations model.

DESIRABLE SKILLS | Client Services Support Specialist

- Knowledge of digital assets, trading, and custody of financial instruments.
- Experience in supporting trading, operations, settlement, custody, and collateral management platforms.
- Experience working in a distributed team with a diverse culture and backgrounds.
- Professional curiosity and proactivity in addressing client needs and improving processes.
