OVERVIEW | Client Service Administrator
In this role, you will handle a variety of client communications, responding to telephone calls and emails to provide account information to both new and existing clients. You will manage postal and email correspondence promptly and courteously. Additionally, you will conduct client due diligence and onboarding, collecting essential information to verify clients' sources of wealth and funds. This includes performing data verification, conducting adverse media checks, and liaising with clients to gather necessary documentation for enhanced due diligence (EDD) reports, which you will present to senior management. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FCA, Inland Revenue, and CASS standards.
You will also contact online applicants who fail electronic verification checks within one business day to resolve issues and assist customers with account amendments such as name, address, and bank details. As a point of contact for vulnerable customers or those experiencing bereavement, you'll provide support and handle bulk product mailings, addressing any inquiries that arise. Your role involves delivering first-class technical assistance across our investment products while adhering to Consumer Duty principles, prioritizing good customer outcomes and acting in the best interests of our clients.
