ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Client Service Associate

  1. 1+ year of experience in office administration and client services.
  2. Proficient in IT, especially MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  3. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  4. Highly detail-oriented and accurate.
  5. Skilled in managing schedules and monitoring emails.
  6. Excellent at multitasking and prioritising, able to handle large workloads.

 OVERVIEW | Client Service Associate

The Client Support Associate will provide key administrative support within the Private Wealth team, managing a busy inbox, handling client calls, and ensuring timely follow-ups. You'll maintain client records, track communications in Salesforce, and organise files in SharePoint, all while upholding the client's high standards. The role involves tasks like onboarding, managing investments, processing client requests, and ensuring accurate reporting.
