ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Compliance Manager
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in compliance within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of UK regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
- Clear communicator at all levels, internally and externally.
- Minimum 2:1 university degree.
OVERVIEW | Compliance Manager
We're looking for an experienced compliance professional to join our client's team in a pivotal role, ensuring the firm continues to meet the highest standards of regulatory and ethical compliance. This hands-on position involves a broad range of responsibilities, including developing and implementing compliance policies, designing systems to manage regulatory risk, and leading compliance monitoring and staff training initiatives. You'll review and approve financial promotions and high-risk client assessments, provide guidance on AML, KYC, and other compliance matters, and support the Head of Legal and Compliance. As a key member of the Operations Committee and the designated Privacy Champion, you'll contribute to strategic projects and mentor junior compliance team members.
