ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Customer Support Associate
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer-related/support role.
- Knowledge of financial markets is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with MT4/MT5 platforms is a plus.
- Strong English and Italian communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Proactive and able to take initiative when needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
OVERVIEW | Customer Support Associate
They are seeking a Customer Support Associate to deliver a professional and effective service to their clients. In this role, you will handle information requests and resolve issues promptly, ensuring that clients' needs are managed efficiently. You will monitor chat, email, and phone activity while coordinating bulk communications from both legal and commercial perspectives, all aimed at securing positive reviews on rating platforms.
The client is looking for candidates with prior customer support experience, whether face-to-face or remote, who have a strong interest in financial markets and a commitment to providing impeccable service. Your responsibilities will include addressing daily customer queries, responding to emails, chats, and phone calls professionally, and assisting clients with technical issues through remote support and one-on-one sessions. Additionally, you will help with client account openings and maintaining accurate records, handle complaints effectively, support customers in understanding terms and procedures, and liaise with various departments to resolve issues.
