William Rose Associates is currently partnering with an established financial services firm based in London, which is looking for a Fund Operations Associate to join the business.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Fund Operations Associate

  1. Quantitative degree from a top-tier university.
  2. 2–3 years of relevant experience at a buy-side or sell-side firm.
  3. Exposure to various asset classes and financial products.
  4. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Experience with coding languages (Excel VBA, Python, Java, SQL preferred).
  6. IOC or IMC certification (desirable).

OVERVIEW | Fund Operations Associate

We’re seeking a Fund Operations Associate with 2–3 years of experience in investment operations, ideally with exposure to multiple asset classes. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of trade lifecycle processes - including trade capture, confirmation, settlements, valuations, and corporate actions. Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset for process improvement are essential. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the Asset Management Operations Team, supporting the daily operations of UCITS Fund range and several SMAs, covering strategies such as Event Driven, Equity Long/Short, Derivatives, Credit, Fixed Income, and Macro.
