William Rose Associates are currently partnering with an established Wealth Management firm based in London, which is looking for an Investment Operations Analyst to join the firm.

COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIOURS
This role is responsible for supporting the Private Client and Investment Teams in managing a range of internally managed UCITS Funds. Reporting to the Operations Manager in London, you will handle essential day-to-day operational tasks. This includes collaborating with global and UK operational teams, interacting regularly with London-based employees, and maintaining relationships with external providers and third-party administrators to ensure smooth operations and high service levels.
You will play a critical role in managing reconciliations, monitoring fund deals, handling trade settlements, and overseeing workflow queues. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing business procedures and may be involved in project work and non-BAU tasks.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- 2-3 years of experience in investment operational roles within Family Offices, Investment Managers, Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, or Private Banks.
- Working towards or obtained IAQ or IMC qualifications.
- Direct experience with investment operations such as Reconciliations, Fund Operations, Settlements, Corporate Actions, and Payments.
- Knowledge of equity, fixed income, UCITS/Unitized Funds, and ETF securities, including their trading lifecycles.
- Understanding of Back Office, Middle Office, and Front Office functions in asset servicing and support.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- A degree is preferred but not essential.
- Experience with project work and handling non-BAU tasks
