OVERVIEW | Junior Desk Dealer
You will work closely with Portfolio Managers (PMs) to manage dealing activities and investments across multiple asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives. In addition, the role involves managing foreign exchange investments to hedge FX risk. Reporting to the Dealing Desk Manager and collaborating with a small team of dealers, the Junior Dealer plays a key role in developing policies, managing broker relationships, and ensuring best execution and reporting. The Dealer is also responsible for providing PMs with insights on market sentiment, trading conditions, and price volatility. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with best execution principles, maintaining procedures, conducting pre-, intra-, and post-trade analysis, and regularly updating PMs on market trends and portfolio positioning.
