OVERVIEW | Operations Analyst
This role supports the Operations team in maintaining high standards of operational excellence by overseeing daily automated reconciliations and identifying areas of risk and improvement. It combines both reactive issue resolution and strategic process development. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to understand how broader firm-wide changes affect Operations, ensuring this information is effectively communicated and acted upon. Key responsibilities include investigating reconciliation issues, managing broker relationships, and preparing monthly NAV reconciliations. There is strong potential for growth, with opportunities for motivated individuals to take ownership of processes and contribute to improvements that impact the firm's wider trading operations.
