OVERVIEW | Junior Administrator
The client's team is looking for a highly organised and proactive Junior Team Assistant to support their busy Sales teams across the UK, Central Europe, and the US. In addition to working closely with the Sales function, the role offers the opportunity to provide wider support across Research, Sales Trading, and CRM teams. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced assistant who is returning on a part-time basis from maternity leave, sharing responsibility for the day-to-day running of operations. Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset are key, as the role also involves supporting other assistants across the business as needed.
Key responsibilities include providing full administrative support to team members, organising logistics for meetings and roadshows (including travel and restaurant bookings), producing itineraries, answering phones, diary and room management, updating client data, managing expenses, and assisting with large meetings and conferences. You’ll also be expected to step in when other secretarial staff are away and help with wider company admin tasks when required.
