William Rose Associates are currently partnering with an established Wealth Management firm based in London, which is looking for a Product and Proposition Manager (Marketing) to join the firm.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Product and Proposition
- 4-5 Years of Product experience within Financial Services.
- Wealth Management experience.
This role involves supporting the Wealth Management product owner in developing and managing products and propositions aimed at private and commercial clients, including Investment Management and Wealth Planning services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing products, creating and implementing new ones, and ensuring they meet both client needs and business goals. Key duties include collaborating with stakeholders to enhance client propositions, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, designing and delivering initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This position also involves managing product performance, conducting post-launch reviews, and providing guidance to junior team members. Strong project management skills and the ability to maintain stakeholder engagement are essential.
