ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Onboarding Implementation and Transitions Manager
- Over 2 years of experience in implementation and investment operations.
- Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of financial instruments, including third-party funds (hedge funds, private equity), cash, futures, OTC, FX, bonds, and equities.
- Ability to identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in understanding and calculating transition costs.
- Knowledge of AML and KYC regulations.
OVERVIEW | Onboarding Implementation and Transitions Manager
We are looking for a skilled professional to support the business by managing projects and overseeing the operational and implementation aspects of key client events. These include transitions, onboarding and off boarding, product launches, mandate changes, fund restructures, in-specie transactions, and counterparty changes. In this role, you will handle multiple events simultaneously, such as onboarding new clients, opening accounts and markets, and planning client transitions. A solid understanding of various investment instruments is essential, along with the ability to expand this knowledge as the business evolves. You will collaborate extensively with teams across the organisation, including Operations in the UK and NL, Investment, Client, Compliance, and Legal teams.
