William Rose Associates are currently partnering with an established Wealth Management Firm based in London, which is looking for a Performance and Risk Senior Associate to join the business on a FTC.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Performance and Risk Senior Associate (FTC)
- Strong academic background, with a degree (2.1 or higher), ideally in a quantitative field or finance/economics.
- Demonstrated relevant work experience in Performance Attribution or Reporting roles.
- Knowledgeable about investments across various asset classes (stocks, private equity, fixed income, FX, derivatives).
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with Bloomberg and SQL.
- Completed or currently pursuing professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CIPM).
- Familiar with SS&C Advent products (e.g., Geneva).
- Experience in private company valuation.
- Understanding of AIFMD reporting requirements.
- Proficient in using PowerBI.
OVERVIEW | Performance and Risk Associate
The role involves conducting daily, monthly, and quarterly performance and risk analysis, while also maintaining and potentially automating existing reporting and analysis processes. You will assist in preparing the Annual Report & Accounts and Interim Report, as well as support the 6-monthly private equity valuation process. Additionally, you will help prepare papers for committee meetings, contribute to the development of new analysis and reporting, and provide bespoke analysis as required by the Executive Committee, Investment teams, Investor Relations, and senior team members (Director and Manager).
