William Rose Associates are currently partnering with an established Investment Management Firm based in London, which is looking for a Portfolio Solutions Manager to join the business.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Portfolio Solutions Manager
- Experience in a discretionary management environment, preferably in an operations or portfolio assistant role.
- Understanding of the full deal cycle for funds, securities, hedge funds, and private equity investments.
- Relevant experience, particularly with Family Offices, Private Equity investments, and Funds.
- Self-motivated with strong management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and strong time management abilities.
- Excellent commercial awareness and sound judgment in managing company processes.
- Able to liaise effectively with external third-party advisors, platforms, and clients as needed.
OVERVIEW | Portfolio Solutions Manager
We’re looking for someone to join our client's new Portfolio Solutions Team, supporting portfolio managers with discretionary investments and client deal execution. This role involves managing 50 client portfolios across various asset classes, including private equity. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced position requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks. You’ll work closely with portfolio managers to ensure smooth execution of trades, manage liquidity, and handle cash flow and capital calls. You'll also contribute to improving operational models and assist with client onboarding and custodian transfers.
