OVERVIEW | Product Manager
This role involves overseeing the design, development, governance, implementation, and support of the businesses products and services, ensuring they remain competitive, innovative, and compliant with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include leading the development and management of a diverse range of Funds, collaborating with investment teams and senior stakeholders, and managing changes to existing products and the orderly closure of Funds. The role also entails ongoing monitoring of products, involvement in ad hoc projects, and participation in internal committees. Ideal candidates will build strong relationships with external clients, internal stakeholders, Fund Boards, and Investment Teams, thriving in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Product Manager
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in product development.
- Understanding of a range of investment vehicle types (e.g. UCITS, SICAV).
- Some awareness of sustainability regulations and their impact on product design and governance.
- Experience interacting with investment teams and familiarity with equity strategies (additional knowledge of private assets a plus).
- Some client facing or operational experience.
DESIRABLE SKILLS | Product Manager
- Excellent communication, including to senior management and external clients.
- Highly organised and detail orientated.
- Problem solving skills and creative thinker.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, build relationships and manage competing interests.
- Able to work autonomously under pressure.
