Job Title: Product Manager – UK Transfer Agency

Location: London (hybrid) 

Role Overview:

William Rose Associates are working alongside a well-respected Transfer Agent who are on the lookout a highly skilled and experienced UK Product Manager to join the product development team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of our Transfer Agency product portfolio. Working closely with various stakeholders, including clients, the product team, development teams, and senior management, you will be required to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and market-leading solutions within the transfer agency domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, requirements gathering, product design, development, and testing.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market opportunities, ensuring our transfer agency products remain market leading.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to gather feedback and requirements, ensuring the product roadmap is aligned with customers' needs.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a dynamic product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on market demands, business goals, and resource availability.
  • Product Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and product documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of our transfer agency products.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role at a transfer agent or fund manager.
  • Deep understanding of transfer agency products, services and operational processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and precise product specifications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Sound understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools, such as Jira, & Confluence.
