OVERVIEW | Change Manager (Operations)
This position sits within the Change Management team and is responsible for driving operational change initiatives across the Global Operations division. You’ll play a key role in a large-scale transformation project, managing a transition with a third-party service provider for Middle and Back Office functions.
In this role, you'll work closely with teams to document business needs, validate project scopes, and carry out gap analysis. You will also help design operational frameworks, mitigate risks, and handle issue resolution. Additionally, you'll coordinate testing activities, provide necessary training, and maintain detailed project documentation.
