ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Regulatory Reporting Associate
- Two years of experience in regulatory reporting
- Familiarity with EMIR and MiFID II regulations is ideal
- Skilled in analyzing large data sets to identify key insights and discrepancies.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Previous experience or interest in learning Python.
- Capable of managing multiple competing priorities to meet deadlines.
DESIRABLE SKILLS | Regulatory Reporting Associate
We are looking for a dedicated individual to take charge of overseeing and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple asset classes and regulatory requirements. This role involves MiFID II Trade Reporting, including monitoring, reconciliation, and completeness checking, as well as MiFID II Transaction Reporting, where you will be responsible for data production, submission, and reconciliation. You will also handle EMIR Reporting by monitoring and reconciling trade, valuation, and collateral reporting for derivatives, and manage AIFMD Reporting to meet quarterly obligations for AIFs. Additionally, you'll oversee position reporting under S793 and SRD II to third-party companies, create quarterly submissions for all internally settled trades under CSDR, and conduct daily monitoring and disclosures for major shareholdings via DTR, as well as for takeovers and mergers through POTAM. You will also maintain team procedures for all aspects of Regulatory Reporting.If you are ready to take on this important role, we encourage you to apply!
