OVERVIEW | Risk and Controls Senior Associate
This Business Support Manager role sits within a Wealth Management front office team and offers a mix of BAU and project-based work, with a strong emphasis on risk and control. Acting as the first line of defence, the role is responsible for overseeing the front office risk and control framework, running the FLoD testing programme, managing procedural governance, and ensuring regulatory and business changes are implemented smoothly. The role also involves producing and analysing MI, supporting quality assurance, and leading on service improvement initiatives. With responsibility for coaching junior team members and acting as a key point of contact across teams - such as Compliance, Audit, and Operations - it plays a central part in ensuring high service standards, client outcomes, and ongoing risk management within the business.
