Position Overview: Senior Investment Administrator

As a Senior Investment Administrator, you will be responsible for managing reconciliations, payments, and contributing to generalist operational functions. We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally from a Wealth Management background. A strong understanding of ISAs (Individual Savings Accounts) and GIAs (General Investment Accounts) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliations: Execute regular reconciliations to uphold data accuracy and integrity within the financial platform.

  • Payments Processing: Efficiently handle payment transactions, ensuring adherence to established protocols and industry best practices.

  • Generalist Operations: Contribute to various operational tasks, showcasing adaptability and versatility in a fast-paced financial technology environment.

  • Wealth Management Background: Leverage your 2-3 years of experience in operations, ideally within Wealth Management, to bring valuable insights and contribute to the enhancement of operational processes.

  • ISA and GIA Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of ISAs and GIAs, playing a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our financial platform.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in reconciliations, payments, and generalist operations, preferably within a financial technology or Wealth Management setting.
  • Strong understanding of ISAs and GIAs.
  • Experience in onboarding.
