William Rose Associates are currently partnering with an established Private Bank based in London, which is looking for a Senior Product and Proposition Manager to join the firm.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Senior Product and Proposition Manager
- Relevant Degree or equivalent experience.
- Senior level experience within Private Banking / Wealth or regulated financial services industry.
- Professional qualification preferred (CISI Chartered Wealth Manager)
- Demonstrable track record of delivering new products and/or propositions.
- Experience of managing and coordinating projects and implementing change
- Leadership experience.
- In depth product knowledge banking, credit, investment, wealth planning.
- Strong regulatory understanding in particular New Consumer Duty.
- Using MI and data effectively to support decision making.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong at building relationships and achieving consensus.
- Ability to think strategically and with business and commercial focus.
- Client focused.
- Confidence.
