ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Trade Management
- 2-5 years of experience in trade exception management or an operations role.
- Capable of maintaining high performance standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Fixed Income experience needed.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and determine root causes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Preferred technical proficiency, with the ability to automate or streamline processes.
OVERVIEW | Trade Management
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our client's team, responsible for identifying and correcting booking or feed errors, ensuring timely resolution of trade or position discrepancies, and completing daily FOBO reconciliations. You will manage customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Additionally, you will support the Fixed Income Trade Management team, assist in projects like new product implementations, and help streamline processes with automation.
This role offers the opportunity to update procedures, take on various duties as assigned, and train or mentor team members.
