ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Transfer Agency Manager
  1. Experience with Third-Party Administrators, Transfer Agencies, Fund Accounting, and Custody services.
  2. Knowledge of COLL regulations and industry best practices related to Transfer Agency and Fund Accounting.
  3. Familiarity with dividends, corporate actions, asset pricing, derivatives (e.g., Futures, Options, Swaps, CFDs, Forward currency contracts, OTC products), and structured financial products.
  4. Strong teamwork, flexibility, and commitment, with proven leadership and management skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
OVERVIEW | Transfers Agency Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide managerial and operational support to the Fund Operations team. You will be responsible for overseeing the firm's outsourced fund functions, including fund accounting, transfer agency, and custody. Additionally, you will manage the operational execution of fund-related activities and contribute to key projects within the firm.
