William Rose Associates are currently partnering with an established financial services firm based in London, which is looking for a Fund Operations Analyst to join the firm.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Fund Operations Analyst
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant investment operational roles (Family Office, Investment Manager, Asset Manager, Wealth Manager, Private Bank, or Transfer Agency).
- IAQ or IMC qualifications obtained or in progress.
- Experience with core investment operational processes: Reconciliations, Fund Operations, equity, fund and fixed income Settlements, Corporate Actions, and Payments.
- Direct experience with equity, fixed income, UCITS/Unitised Funds, and ETF securities, and their trading lifecycles.
- Knowledge of the roles and functions of Back Office, Middle Office, and Front Office from an asset servicing and support perspective.
OVERVIEW | Fund Operations Analyst
This role, reporting to the Operations Manager in the London office, supports the Private Client and Investment Teams managing UCITS Funds. You’ll collaborate with global operational teams, UK Investment Management, and external providers to ensure smooth processes and high service levels.
Responsibilities include interacting with outsourced providers, fund managers, custodians, and internal teams, overseeing reconciliations of stock, cash, and trading activity. You'll manage daily fund deals, monitor workflow queues, respond to investor queries, and support ad-hoc requests. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance with operational procedures and suggest improvements to enhance control.
