William Rose Associates are currently partnering with an established financial services firm based in London, which is looking for a Treasury Associate to join the business.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Treasury Associate

  1. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance or Treasury (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ACT).
  2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Preferable experience in Private Credit or Semi-Liquid Strategies.
  4. Essential knowledge of borrowing base calculations and leverage lines. 

 OVERVIEW | Treasury Associate

We are seeking a Treasury professional to support the team in managing cash operations, liquidity forecasting, and deal funding across multiple funds. Responsibilities include contributing to the FX hedging program, handling daily cash reconciliations, and managing bank account onboarding. The role also involves assisting with debt facility negotiations, interest payments, compliance reporting, and maintaining borrowing bases for asset-backed leverage facilities. Additionally, you will work on Treasury-related projects, including process enhancements and system improvements.
