Our Story.

Originally established as William Rose Associates, our firm was born from a vision to offer a distinctively different recruitment service to the Financial Services sector, that was different to those that existed already. Since its inception in 2015, our Founder, Josh Angus, consistently identified a recurring need among business leaders.

The absence of a search firm dedicated exclusively to operational appointments within the industry. Since, we have expanded to include a search arm of the business, seamlessly integrating with William Rose Associates, and upholding the core values and principles that are weaved throughout the foundations of the business. What to expect.

If you’re looking for a transparent search experience throughout the entire process, then you’re in the right place. Our commitment to you extends beyond our passion for connecting you with exemplary leadership talent, by being dedicated to your search every step of the way.

Stage I

Briefing

All stakeholders attend a full briefing session to fully define the competencies, responsibilities, objectives, and required industry experience for each position. We will agree on the timelines, scope, scale, and parameters of the search including target companies, individuals, and importantly Employee Value Proposition, to take a clear and exciting message to this talent pool.

Stage II

Research & Mapping

We will then commence our research, mapping all the target companies who operate in the market, and then we will systematically identify every candidate who looks to have the capability and experience for this position. We would also discuss any candidates already approached or in process, alongside any businesses or candidates who are not to be approached.

Stage III

Candidate Approaches

Approaching each candidate intelligently and discreetly, using a blend of communication methods, we will then engage directly with each individual gaining as much interest in the opportunity as possible. All candidates with the desired skills and experience who are interested in the position will be deemed suitable for the longlist.

Stage IV

Shortlisting

We can complete the full search and then we can jointly select the shortlist for interview on completion, or present candidates to you if we deem them suitable for interview.

Stage V

Steering Meetings

The whole process is completely transparent, and we are happy to schedule steering meetings to keep you fully in the loop. During each update, we can share all the results of the search so far with you. We can discuss every candidate identified, approached, assessed, and the outcomes, as the project progresses.

Stage VI

Interviewing

Full support to arrange interviews with each candidate, taking feedback at regular intervals, and ensuring each party is fully informed at every stage.

Stage VII

Offer management

Once a suitable package has been agreed upon, we will present the offer to the successful candidate and support through any negotiation, to ensure all parties are happy with the final arrangements and stay in regular contact with both you and the candidate until he/she starts.
