ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Client Associate - Institutional
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Maths preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role and industry.
- Client Operations experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
OVERVIEW | Client Associate - Institutional
As an Institutional Relationship Associate, you’ll manage client accounts, oversee onboarding, and handle trade requests, reporting, and account maintenance. Working closely with Relationship Managers and internal teams, you’ll resolve operational issues, ensure accurate record-keeping, and coordinate responses to client inquiries. You’ll also support process improvements and strengthen relationships with clients and their partners in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
