ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Corporate Actions Lead
- 3+ years experience and knowledge in corporate actions, transfers, and their effects on the trading cycle and ecosystem.
- Skilled in promoting a positive and inclusive culture, aligned with company values and D&I goals within divisions or departments.
- Proven ability to maintain high performance standards with a focus on customer outcomes, profitability, and shareholder value.
- Proficient in risk management and control frameworks, including identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks with effective controls.
- Knowledgeable of regulatory frameworks, including CASS rules for managing client money and assets.
