ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Operations Manager

1. Significant leadership experience across operations in regulated financial services.
2. Strong knowledge of FCA rules and settlement operations requirements.
3. Skilled communicator with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partners.
4. Background in overseeing CASS-compliant operational frameworks.
5. Experienced in managing outsourced back-office provider relationships.
6. Familiar with operating under both Model A and Model B structures.
7. Hands-on experience with both external and internal CASS audits.
8. Analytical approach, able to spot trends, evaluate risks, and recommend solutions.
9. Solid project management expertise with a focus on operational improvements.
10. Demonstrated success in leading complex projects and delivering process efficiencies.
