William Rose Associates is currently partnering with an established financial services firm based in London, which is looking for a Fund Operations Administrator to join the business on a 6-month FTC.

- Understanding of related processes and control mechanisms.

OVERVIEW | Fund Operations Administrator
We are looking for a Fund Operations Administrator to join our client’s team. This role is crucial in supporting the daily operations of the Fund Operations function, with a focus on Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) trade execution, trade support, and oversight of key fund service providers.
Responsibilities include managing CIS trades and related queries, maintaining accurate fund and transaction data, overseeing outsourced functions such as Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, and Custody for UK and Irish fund ranges, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of fund-related invoices. The role also involves reviewing distribution rates, managing fund cash flow data, debtor follow-ups, supporting fund change initiatives and projects, and providing supervision of core activities where appropriate.
