OVERVIEW | Middle Office Manager
We are looking for an experienced and driven Middle Office Manager with strong industry expertise and a hands-on approach to overseeing operational processes. This role involves managing trade booking, validation, and lifecycle management across multiple asset classes, while using Fidessa to monitor and process trade flow, resolve booking issues, and maintain operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and resolving process challenges, implementing best practices, training junior team members, and collaborating closely with Traders, internal teams, and external clients to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
