Job Title: Operations Administrator

Role Overview:

William Rose Associates are working with an exciting Wealth Management firm in London who are seeking a Operations Administrator to join the business.

Responsibilities
The role will involve supporting the Operations Team with a variety of business tasks and processes including but not limited to:

  • Settlements
  • Portfolio Transfers
  • Cash Processing
  • General investment services administration
  • Corporate Actions
  • Dividends
  • ISA Returns
  • As well as such other activities that are commensurate with the employee's status as their managers or the Board of the Company may reasonably require.
Skills & Requirements
  • Hard Working
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Capability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of MS Office application (excel and Word)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Educated to A Level standard
