Job Title: Onboarding Administrator (12 months FTC)

Location: London

Role Overview:
William Rose Associates are working alongside a highly regarded Wealth Management Firm based in London which is looking for an Onboarding Administrator, to join the firm on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities
  • Review and approve new client documentation including carrying out relevant AML/KYC/ Identity checks.
  • Ensure correct escalation routes are adhered to when dealing with higher risk or complex cases.
  • Provide guidance (within the scope of your personal regulatory knowledge and training) to the Investment Management and Operations Departments in relation to regulatory requirements and relevant policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all team queries and tasks are dealt with in a positive and timely manner.
  • In addition to the above functions, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested.

Requirements
  • Understanding of private clients and the types of portfolios available to both individuals and entities.
  • Understand the main types of the securities and investment products supported on behalf of clients
  • Sound understanding of the purpose and structure of the Financial Services industry, the organisation and its function within the industry
  • IOC or equivalent qualification is desirable
  • Understanding of the scope of the UK Regulatory Environment pertaining to anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention
