Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: London

Role Overview:

William Rose Associates are working alongside a highly regarded Investment Platform and Software providers based in London which is looking for a Relationship Manager, to join the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking on high levels of responsibility and autonomy from the outset, you will own the relationships with our clients 
  • Building strategic relationships with our clients, helping enhance their workflows and usage of our proprietary software offering
  • A mix of short term and long term projects working individually as well as with other members of the Client Services team
  • Working closely with teams across, representing our clients internally to help enhance and develop the software offering

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar, client facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be proactive, grow and learn in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • A 2.1 degree or above
