Salary: £50,000

Role Overview:

William Rose Associates is working alongside a highly regarded financial services institution based in London which is looking for an Operations Analyst, to join the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timely and accurate competition of reconciliations and resolving breaks

  • Liaising with staff in London and abroad to ensure MT5 systems are working as intended

  • Involvement in projects and tasks to improve and replace existing systems

  • Any ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within operations department in a financial firm

  • Experience of Operational roles with MT4 and MT5 serves and maintain and amending those servers

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work well within a small team across multiple jurisdictions (including the UK, Gibraltar and Cyprus) in a multi-stakeholder environment

  • Experience dealing with clients and providing support to the business

  • Proficient in MS office
