Operations Analyst - (12 months FTC)

Role Overview:

William Rose Associates are working alongside a highly regarded Privately-owned Investment Management and advisory business based in London which is looking for a Operations Analyst on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, to join the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Valuations of our client portfolios

  • Monthly Valuations of our client portfolios

  • Reconciliation and control of our client's ABOR valuations with third-party custodians and admins.

  • Reconciliation of internal performance contribution reporting

  • Products/instruments covered include Funds (UCITS, Hedge, Private Equity); Common Contractual Funds; Fixed income; Futures and Derivatives.

Requirements:

  • A-Level education

  • Affinity with Investments and/or Finance

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products

  • Team player

  • Strong, clear, and concise communication skills – verbal, written & interpersonal

  • An understanding of key products

  • A Degree in a relevant subject is desirable
