Job Title: Senior Client Reporting Analyst
Location: London
Salary: £70,000
Role Overview:
William Rose Associates are working alongside a highly regarded Asset Management based in London which is looking for a Senior Client Reporting Analyst, to join the firm on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly and quarterly Segregated client reports in accordance with IMA and regulatory requirements.
- Produce monthly and quarterly fund reports for Pooled Fund investors.
- To be involved in the production of companies factsheets across all geographical regions in which the company operates.
- To be involved in the production and dissemination of pre-sale regulatory disclosures.
- To be involved in the dissemination of fund level information to Data vendors / platforms.
- Answering adhoc queries from other teams across all geographical regions.
- To build an in-depth knowledge of companies product range.
- To actively take part in project work to improve the team’s processes and controls, with an emphasis on automation of manual tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in a client reporting role within asset management.
- Demonstrable experience in the production and analysis of regulatory reporting such as EMT, EET, EPT, Solvency II etc, with the ability to interact with 3rd part vendors where necessary.
- Understanding of the costs and charges associated with pooled funds and how this impacts regulatory report templates such as EMT, EPT, CTI etc.
- Ability to review large data sets and identify potential issues / inconsistencies that may lead to incorrect disclosure of information for companies fund range.
- Exposure to ESG related reporting including EET, SFDR & TCFD an advantage.
- Experience in dealing with 3rd party vendors and platforms.
- Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant system experience – Morningstar, FE Fundinfo, Factset, Kurtosys, MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Aladdin.
- An appreciation of industry and best practice for client report content and production processes.
- A good understanding of the functions within an investment management firm.
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to look at current processes with a critical eye in order to suggest improvements.
- Given the role will mostly likely involve working from home at times, it is vital that the successful candidate possesses excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive, can-do attitude.
